I'll Critique this one,
I Want to critique newer stuff because maybe i will just repeat a part that you've learned how to improve in.
Although i'm not a fan of Ponyo either xD
so lets start~

Good things - i like your coloring a lot,And the line art,and how you did the scales on the fish,
the overall picture looks really nice.
Bad things - Well first thing I noticed,maybe because i'm looking at the deviation while writing this critique,
Is the ship,you colored it with so much white,
Did you tried to light(?) it?
- I suggest you color it with less white (example: Only one line of white in the red/blue barrier
Also the bubble,i think it should be more transparent
-I Think that you could of make the white transparent,making the ship look kind of the same behind the bubble,but with a little lighting

Originality - Well,since this is fan art i can't critique on the design,but i like the overall picture and the overall picture looks pretty original
So i will give you 3.5 stars
Technique - Your technique is great here,
I will give you 4 Stars.
